By using this site and booking any of my services, you agree to follow and abide by the terms and conditions set forth below.

Investing in my healing sessions, coaching programs, courses, workshops, retreats, and events is an investment in yourself. These offerings are designed to potentially transform your life, and I pour immense love and energy into creating and delivering them.

Therefore, I have established the following payment policies:

Payment

All payments are required upfront at the time of booking, unless a payment plan is offered for longer courses, retreats, or workshops.

I do not provide additional discounts or one-off special offers beyond those marketed via email or Instagram. Any further personal discounts are at my discretion.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or refunds are available up to 24 hours after booking or payment. For 1:1 or private healing sessions, you may reschedule up to 24 hours before the session. Rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance will result in forfeiting your session and payment. Reschedules or changes may be possible at my discretion, depending on availability and individual circumstances.

In the event that I need to cancel an appointment or event; you will receive the option to reschedule your booking to another day/time or a full refund for the price of your booking.

Refunds for longer commitment courses, trainings or retreats are not offered, except in extenuating circumstances where unexpected changes or cancellations to the dates or running of the offering are necessary. Reschedules/changes may be possible at my discretion depending on availability and the circumstances of each individual case.

If you are receiving free 1:1 services, please be considerate of the time and energy dedicated to your session. Not showing up or cancelling less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in losing eligibility for future free services.

Virtual Coffee Chats & Additional Meetings

From time to time, I may offer or agree to connect outside of regular client sessions (e.g., virtual coffee chats). These meetings are an exchange of time, energy and value. I deeply respect both your time and mine, and I ask that you do the same.

If you are unable to attend a scheduled meeting, please provide notice as soon as possible via email or direct message. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in limited access to future complimentary or informal sessions.

The Sonic Wealth Podcast

By agreeing to participate in The Sonic Wealth Podcast, you acknowledge and consent to being recorded (audio and/or video). All recordings may be used, edited, and distributed at my sole discretion across platforms including but not limited to podcast platforms (such as Spotify and Apple Podcasts), YouTube, social media, and promotional materials.

By participating, you agree that:

Any content you share during the recording may be publicly distributed.
You grant The Sonic Wealth Coach full, irrevocable, worldwide rights to use, reproduce, distribute, display and create derivative works from the recording in any format or media, now known or developed in the future.
All recordings, content and associated materials are the sole property of The Sonic Wealth Coach.
You waive any right to inspect or approve the final content, edits or how the material is used.
You will not be entitled to any compensation, royalties or financial benefit from the use or distribution of the podcast content.
You will not share confidential, proprietary or sensitive information that you do not wish to be made public.

While I aim to handle all content with integrity and respect, I cannot guarantee confidentiality once content is recorded and published.

By participating, you release The Sonic Wealth Coach from any and all claims, demands or liabilities arising from your participation or the use of the recorded content.

As a guest, you are encouraged to support the growth of the podcast by sharing your episode with your audience and network through your platforms, where appropriate.
